Our client a large consultancy are looking for a Function Group Manager for the Water sector.
Job Title Function Group Manager Water
Job description The main duties of the Function Group Manager include, but are not limited to:
Development and implementation of strategy and business plan
Day to day management of function group
Recruitment, retention, staff development and succession planning
Promote and champion the business strategy
Promote and champion company systems
Develop relationships with a range of clients to secure and deliver projects in accordance with the strategy and business plan
Liaise with Key Account Managers
Review bids and proposals
Management of risk
Health and safety for function group staff
Review of project performance
Where nominated by AD undertake the role of Project Director
Liaise with function groups in other offices
Develop and maintain technical excellence through contribution to Professional Excellence Groups
Background Information New appointment to mangage and grow water team in Edinburgh office with emphasis on business development to help achieve business plan
Salary Range Min 49,000
