Summary
The Flash Media Server (FMS) and Connect Product Support Engineer is a full time, onsite position responsible for providing world-class product support to Adobe's enterprise FMS and Connect customers.
Responsibilities
•Provide support, and manage Adobe's FMS and Connect customers by phone and e-mail.
•Research and test customer problems or questions.
•Troubleshoot third-party products that work in conjunction with FMS and Connect.
•Provide presales support to qualified strategic accounts as required by Sales.
•Document reproducible issues in the product bug base.
•Daily account management, accurate tracking of FMS and Connect issues and weekly customer contact.
•Document solutions and techniques, making information available through technical notes located on the FMS and Connect Product Support Web sites.

•Requirements
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
•Background in networking and operating system (Windows, Mac, Unix) administration and troubleshooting.
•Knowledge of firewalls, proxy servers, and Flash Communication Server.
•Experience with web applications utilizing IIS, Apache, and other web servers.
•In-depth understanding of SQL and database administration.
•Understanding of ActionScript, JavaScript, HTML, and XML.
•Experience in server performance measurement and optimization.
•Experience in working with audio/video streaming servers will be a definite plus.
•Multimedia or Internet development experience.
•Technical writing skills.
•Knowledge of Adobe products such as Flash, FlashPlayer, Flash Media Server, Adobe Connect, Captivate or Dreamweaver is a plus
•Fluency in either French or Swedish
