Description
My client is a main contractor with numerous design and build projects in the hotel and leisure sectors across the country. They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team on these projects.
You will be responsible for procurement, looking after sub-contractor accounts, variations, valuations, etc. so the role will require some travel to various sites.
My client is a main contractor with numerous design and build projects in the hotel and leisure sectors across the country. They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team on these projects.
You will be responsible for procurement, looking after sub-contractor accounts, variations, valuations, etc. so the role will require some travel to various sites.
The successful candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor at Senior level with experience liaising with both sub-contractors and clients and a strong background in build projects. Experience working on Hotel Design & Build projects would be beneficial but is not essential.
The ideal candidate would be offered a contract up to 6 months long with possible extension afterwards. You will be paid a rate of up to £28 per hour.
