An experienced Quantity Surveyor is needed by our prestigious Client to assist on a fast-track new build project based in Melton Mowbray.
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
•variations,valuations
•client and subcontract liaisons
•monthly accounts
•subcontractor procurement.
Freelance Quantity Surveyor/Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor
An experienced Quantity Surveyor is needed by our prestigious Client to assist on a fast-track new build project based in Melton Mowbray.
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
•variations,valuations
•client and subcontract liaisons
•monthly accounts
•subcontractor procurement.
The client is offering a 7 month contract with possible extension and a pay rate of up £300 a day dependant on experience.
You will have experience as a Quantity Surveyor on Build projects preferably within the Retail sector.
