My client is a main contractor involved in numerous PFI projects in the Education Sector in the West Midlands. They are currently looking for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team and to start as soon as possible.
You will provide a general Quantity Surveyor function responsible for sub-contractor procurement, sub-contractor accounts and payments, measurements, valuations, variations and final accounts.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in traditional build and/or refurbishment/fit-out projects. Experience working on projects in the education sector would be beneficial but is not essential.
The contract will be up to 12 months in length and the ideal candidate will be paid a rate of up to £30 per hour.
