Description
My client is a consultancy with a contract to provide Quantity Surveyor duties for maintenance and refurbishment work on Defense Housing stock based in Huntingdon.
They are looking for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to be based onsite dealing with contractor submissions and final accounts.
My client is a consultancy with a contract to provide Quantity Surveyor duties for maintenance and refurbishment work on Defence Housing stock based in Huntingdon.
They are looking for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to be based on-site dealing with contractor submissions and final accounts.
Experience working with a Consultancy is essential and the ideal candidate would have a background in both consultancy and main contractor work. Experience in housing maintenance and refurbishment would also be beneficial.
You will be offered a long-term contract with a rate of up to £30 per hour depending on experience.
