Description
Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor wanted immediately for work with Main Contractor on a £12m build of a mixed use development.
You will be responsible for all Quantity Surveyor duties on the project including procurement of Sub-contractors and Material and negotiating final accounts.

You will be responsible for all Quantity Surveyor duties on the project including procurement of Sub-contractors and Material and negotiating final accounts.
The ideal candidate will be a confident and knowledgeable Quantity Surveyor with plenty of Main contracting experience. The contract will last 7 months with the possibility of an extension afterwards. You will paid at a rate of up to £35 per hour depending on background and experience.
