Description
My client is looking for an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor for an initial contract of 1 month, likely to be extended, working on a Health Centre project worth £1.8m in Birmingham.
The project is around 70% complete and the successful Freelance Quantity Surveyor is required for onsite work looking after sub-contractor accounts.

The project is around 70% complete and the successful Freelance Quantity Surveyor is required for on site work looking after sub-contractor accounts.
The ideal candidate will be an established Quantity Surveyor with experience work of on site work on Build projects. You will be a strong communicator able to negotiate at all levels.
You will be paid a rate of up to £32 per hour. The contract will be for 1 month initially with a likely extension.
