One of my clients is looking for an Intermediate to Senior level Quantity Surveyor for work on a social housing scheme involving the build and refurb of 800 residential units in the West Midlands.
Your responsibilities will include sub-contractor procurement, measurements, valuations, variations and some final accounts.
One of my clients is looking for an Intermediate to Senior level Quantity Surveyor for work on a social housing scheme involving the build and refurb of 800 residential units in the West Midlands.
Your responsibilities will include sub-contractor procurement, measurements, valuations, variations and some final accounts.
The ideal candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor with a good level of experience working on build projects. Private or Social Housing experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
You will be paid a rate of up to £32 per hour and the contract will last 12 months with possible extension.
