Description
Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor needed for a number of new build commercial projects based in Northampton office.
Your responsibilities will be mainly post contract Quantity Surveyor duties including valuations, profit and loss variations and final accounts.
Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor needed for a number of new build commercial projects based in Northampton office.
Your responsibilities will be mainly post contract Quantity Surveyor duties including valuations, profit and loss variations and final accounts.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor. New build experience within the commercial sector would be beneficial but is not essential.
The contract will initially last 6 months with likely extension and you will be paid a rate of up to £30 per hour.
