First Line Support Analysts report to the First Line Team Manager. The purpose of this role is work within the NBS First Line team. Individuals will be responsible for logging, correct escalation and resolution of customer calls in line with the predefined Customer SLA. They will be responsible for their own queue management and monitoring of the 1st Line queue. The key objective within this role is to ensure that accurate, effective and timely support is provided to users of NBS supplied systems. Key performance indicators together with customer satisfaction surveys are utilised to measure this.
