Description
A finance related graduate is required for a leading marine services company.
A leading support services company to the Royal Navy and commercial clients seek a financial reporting accountant to oversee the cost control aspect of the business unit.
The post holder will be responsible for collecting and analysing financial data required for the cost allocation charging models including the occupancy model which will then be reported in the individual Business unit Accounts.
Main duties will include
- Collecting and analysing financial data in line with the allocation agreements
- Understanding and documenting reasons behind costs being incurred
- Liaising with Business Unit Managers to co-ordinate and agree the appropriate levels of cost allocation
- Reporting the financial outcomes of decisions made and their affect to company, Business Unit and Contract performance
Ideally you will be a graduate with a relevant finance related degree who is keen to learn and progress within the company. You will be need to be comfortable interfacing with managers at all levels and be computer literate.
Study support will be offered to candidates wishing to enhance their key skills/experience further.
