Description
Field Service Manager
Field Service Manager - Excellent Field Service management skills needed for this Area Lead role. Managing a Team of Field Engineers (software and hardware service) and relationships with key customers, providing customer care, ensuring the delivery of KPIs, Team and Customer satisfaction. Responsible for managing resource issues ensuring service level targets are achieved. Monitor and communicate Field Service and business KPIs and SLAs to team. Ensure the integrity of all Field Service activities in respect of health & safety standards and compliance.
To inspire the Field Service Team to exceed their performance measures and develop their own skill base through on-going training.
