That's why we need more people like you customer focused engineers to repair an ever-growing number of own-brand domestic appliances.
A major benefit of being an MFI engineer is high guaranteed earnings for an achievable 8 service visits a day (current average). The normal working week is 39 hours with occasional Saturdays available. Add to your basic pay with a quality focused bonus scheme, overtime and associated benefits for an industry-leading package.
Benefits include a fully expensed vehicle, currently a Vauxhall Vivaro, full tool kit and test equipment, mobile phone, fax machine, 20% staff discount, contributory pension scheme, uniform and 25 days holiday.
You will need to have experience in repairing domestic appliances. In return we will provide you with full product training and, where applicable, gas training leading to CORGI registration. Ongoing training includes full workshop training on all new major appliances along with regular quarterly team meetings.
