Field Service Engineer/Medical Engineer/Pharmaceutical Engineer
A position for a Field Service Engineer has arisen for a cutting edge company that primarily deal in the Medical, Life Science , Pharmaceutical industry which is a privately owned company whose purpose is to develop, manufacture and supply on-line process analyzers and bioreactor systems for both research and production use. With the stability that has shown you can rest assured of dependable service and support in the future. Starting in 1973 they have grown from a small sized company supplying laboratory instrumentation to a dynamic worldwide enterprise capable of supplying a broad and diverse line of bioreactor systems.
Your role as Field Service Engineer will be to go to our major Sites i.e. Pharmaceutical and University Sites servicing their Medical Equipment and Control Systems and Bioreactors equipment
Applicants should hold or expect to obtain a good first degree in molecular biology, microbiology or biochemistry, preferably with experience in protein production and/or microbiology although we are interested in candidates holding HNC in Electronics
You will be provided with a 3- 6-month training programme which will include further specific training courses, on the job training and external training. You will also undergo a full induction programme so that you are familiar with company protocols and health and safety regulations.
The starting salary which is dependent on your expertise could fall in the realm of £28,000 - £32,000 + 25 Days Holiday + PRP Reviews + Defined Contributory Pensions + Life Insurance.
