Help Desk Engineer/Field Service Engineer
We are currently working with the UK's leading provider of pharmacy automation. Established in 1995, they specialize in automated storage and retrieval systems for pharmacy packs. The demonstrated benefits of the systems include a reduction in errors, increased space efficiency, a dramatic increase in business efficiency and increased speed of delivery solutions to Pharmacies & Hospitals.
Due to Expansion they are seeking a Help Desk Engineer to join there Innovative Company.
The company Currently have 300 Machines at Various clients, Sites in the UK and are currently selling 30- 40 a year hence the reason they are seeking a Help desk Engineer who has previous experience as an Field Service or Technical Support as this role as Help Desk Engineer you will be responsible to resolve Technical problems over the phone to Field Service Engineers all over the UK with problems on the Automated Machines.
Skills required for this postion: HNC/ONC
Salary £23,000 - £27,000 + PRB £2.5K Bonus + Compensation Package, Stake Holder Pension, Health Care,
