THE COMPANY

This leading worldwide supplier of Sterilisation Equipment into the healthcare, pharmacuetical and medical industries which is undergoing extensive growth is currently looking to recruit a Field based engineer to cover a number of sites between Birmingham and Leeds.

THE ROLE

Covering the Central and Yorkshire regions, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of a wide range of sterilisation machinery including auto-claives. It will be your role to visit both blue chip companies and healthcare establishments including hospitals and labs, in order to service and upgrade their equipment. The machinery you are working on is mainly electro-mechanical in nature with some basic control systems technology.

THE PERSON

You will need to have come from a service, installation, commissioning or HM forces background or even working within a hospital as one of their engineers, and be looking to work for a leading medical company. You will need to have worked in a electro-mechanical or even electronic environment, and possess some vocational qualifications such as a ONC or HND. You will get full training on HTM guidelines, however if you have any HTM experience such as 2010 or 2030 these will be an advantage. Finally it is important that you are looking to work for a leading company where you can progress and develop your career in the future.
