This highly reputable engineering business provides pharmaceutical production machinery to the largest medicinal drugs producers in the world. Following excellent growth in 2007 they are now seeking an accomplished field service engineer to support UK and Overseas installation, commissioning and service requirements.
Familiar with the Pharmaceutical industry and possessing a relevant qualification in electrical engineering the right candidate will be able to demonstrate a professional approach, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be willing to travel to client sites both within the UK and Overseas.
Installation and commissioning projects will involve both the mechanical and electrical aspects so multi-skilled engineers are required, working experience with automated PLC control systems is also required to fault find and modifications level and engineers with previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be preferred.
This exciting opportunity will suit engineers keen to travel throughout the UK but mainly overseas who are available for extended stays up to 5 weeks.
