THE ROLE
The Field Service Engineer is a vital role within the Service Division with responsibility for providing the highest standards of customer service and attention to individual customer's requirements through a pro-active and efficient response to customers' needs.
The Field Service Engineer is also responsible for investigating and fault finding within the control systems of our product range and writing concise and accurate reports on work carried out on site.
