Generator Field Service Engineer/Generator Technician/Generator Mobile Engineer/Generator Field Maintenance Engineer
A Generator Field Service Engineer is required to join one of the most prestigious an forward looking companies involved in the management and service of various high end electrical power distribution solutions found within the UK. They operate within many sectors, which include public sector sites such as NHS Hospitals, Government listed buildings, and Universities. They also cover the commercial sector, which will include the investment banking industry, retail and manufacturing.
Your role as a Field Service Engineer will be to successfully complete reactive breakdowns, planned preventative maintenance, installs and commission at various customer sites in an around the area you live. You could also be involved in in-house duties, which could include PPM scheduling, customer reports and some product modifications. Once you have served your time within the business and are able to comply with the protocols in place, there could be opportunities for you to be involved in training some of their apprentices as well as new field service engineer who are acquired into the Sales & Service Department.
You will be provided with a full comprehensive induction and 3 month training programme to ensure that you are competent and effective within your job scope. There will also be quarterly appraisals on your performance, which is mainly used as a tool to identify where you feel further training could benefit you on a day-day basis and also your career more importantly. Training will be mainly conducted at their head-office however you could also be required to attend external courses in the UK or Abroad.

Significant and Extensive Generator Maintenance Experience
Equivalent qualifications to a ONC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
UK Driving License
Flexible working approach and the ability to interact well with customers
The starting salary which includes travel time (door-door) could see you earning £25,000 - £28,000 + Potential Over Time Earning Up to £2000 on top + Contributory Pension Up to £1500 per annum + Company Vehicle Worth £19,000 Brand New + Life Assurance 3 Times Your Basic Salary + Private Medical.
