A UK based Volume Importer & Distributor of Electromechanical Components & Custom Plastic & Rubber Parts are currently looking for an experienced Field Sales Engineer
This leading company who's products includes: Sunon Fans, Keypads, Speakers, Sounders, Plastic Mouldings, Wound Components, Connectors & Cable Assemblies, CCD Cameras and many other products are currently looking for a Field Sales Engineer to cover East Anglia and the Midlands. If you have previous experience in technical field sales, this is an excellent opportunity to progress your career within a successful, well-established organisation.
The role will involve c. 50% managing existing customers and 50% generating new business opportunities, your key responsibilities will entail;
- Increasing revenue within existing customer base, as well as identifying new customers
- Managing major accounts
- Monitoring competitor activity
- Visiting both existing and potential customers
- Become an expert in their product range
Ideally you will be home-based, living in the home Counties (Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire), as travel will be involved.
To be successful in this position knowledge of injection moulded plastic and rubber mouldings will be essential and also a good general understanding of electromechanical components would be an advantage.(Fans in particular.) The basic salary for this role will be 30 - 35k (depending on level of experience) +8k OTE + car + laptop and healthcare.
