A leading engineering company in the pharmaceutical, food and hospital sectors are looking for a solution Field Sales Engineer, to manage key customers in the Kent, Sussex area, and identify new business with existing customers.
A leading engineering company in the pharmaceutical, food and hospital sectors are looking for a solution Field Sales Engineer, to manage key customers in the Kent, Sussex area, and identify new business with existing customers.
This position is ideally suited to an experienced Field Sales Engineer, with a mechanical or electrical engineering background, and a proven track record in managing key accounts and solution selling, preferably with fluid power, temperature, combustion, air, steam valves, instrumentation, energy or a related background. This position offers excellent progression opportunities into a management level role.
The position will involve selling a commodity product to the Pharmaceutical, Food and Hospital industry. 50% of their business covers maintenance repairs. 50% of your role will involve managing key account, the other 50% will involve identifying new opportunities with these existing clients.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in key account management background, with a mechanical or electrical engineering background. Solution sales experience is important, as well as a results driven work ethic.
The Salary for the role is £35k + 15% bonus, car, pension 14% contributory, share options, excellent scope for career progression.
