Factory Manager who is looking to progress their career
JOB TITLE: Factory Manager
BASED: Manchester
BASIC: £45k but may be flexible + Car
BENEFITS: Car, pension and Health Care
THE ROLE
*You will be committed to being responsible for the efficient running of the operation for production and maintenance.
*This role involves having full budget control over the site ensuring this is managed controlled.
*You will be responsible for the planned and the preventative maintenance aspect ensuring that efficiencies are high.
*You will enhance productivity and efficiencies using modern manufacturing methods and work to strict KPIs.
*You will be completely knowledgeable on health and safety ensuring the site is adhering to all legislation at all times.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
*You will be either a Senior Production Manager, Factory Manager or an Operations Manager who has been hands on within Production
*You must be from a Food / FMCG background
*A proven track record in manufacturing operations
*Experience in change management
