Job Title : Facilities Manager/ Soft Services
Hours : 8am - 5pm
Salary : £24-£25k neg
Location: Brixton, South West London
Our Client a prestigious Facilities Management Company are currently seeking a Soft Services Manager at one of their high profile buildings in the Brixton area.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
To supervise and monitor the performance of Soft Services Staff including :- Cleaners, Catering Staff, Stores Staff, Helpdesk and Security.
Motivation of staff
Ensuring all Clients Satisfaction at all times
Working within KPI's and SLA's
Budgeting
Stock control
Candidates should have at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
