Job purpose:
To provide an integrated facilities management service to designated sites.
This includes Estate and Asset Management, site development and refurbishment, building services, technical services, administration services and maintenance of plant and production equipment.
Key responsibility areas:
To ensure compliance with the agreement between IFM and all tenants s for the delivery of maintenance, cleaning and catering and Security on site.
To liaise with external contractors, suppliers, insurance assessors, internal and external auditors and manage on site activities.
To liaise with internal customers in the design, preparation and implementation of selected project work, i.e. planning, estimating, commissioning and budget control.
To participate in a forward planning role incorporating new technology and innovation.
Ensure that all statutory, regulatory, company and client policies and procedures regarding SHE and Environmental issues are complied with.
Comply with the Companies BMS system ensuring that all documentation is maintained and undertake audits as required.
Working with the WPS Energy Manager be responsible for Utility management ,including setting annual site objectives and targets for energy conservation and water consumption reduction plans
Provide space planning services for refurbishment or new accommodation requirements
To manage financial control relating to the site revenue budget
Obtain approvals for all expenditure to be committed on behalf of tenants in accordance with delegated powers
To work on other related duties as defined by the Regional Facilities Manager.

To lead and motivate all personnel directly employed or sub contract, to ensure a professional and timely delivery of service, complying to tenants requirements on site
Take responsibility for Quality performance through auditing of the IFM staff in the performance of their tasks, workmanship, housekeeping and customer satisfaction.
