Salary : £35k
Location : Birmingham City Centre
Hours : 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
Benefits : 25 days holiday + pension
Our Client a Market Leader in the Facilities Management industry are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to Manage Hard Services in this high profile commercial building in Birmingham City Centre.
May Duties & Responsibilities
Ensuring complete client satisfaction at all times.
Running a budget in excess of 1 million
Management of in the main Hard Services staff and soft services staff in conjunction with the soft services manager.
Implementation of Planned preventative and reactive maintenance schedules
Dealing with Subcontractors
Staff Training
Discplinaries
Health & Safety
Hands on work where necessary
Skills Qualifications Required :
Candidates should have at least 3 years experience in a similar role
A City and Guilds in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Be Computer literate
Have excellent customer service skills
