Experienced maintenance technician required to work for a blue chip client in a high profile building in the Bromley area.
Job Title: Fabric Technician
Location: Bromley, Kent
Hours: 8am - 5pm
Benefits: 25 days holiday pension
Our client, a prestigious facilities management company, are currently seeking an experienced maintenance technician to work for a blue chip client in a high profile building in the Bromley area. As part of a team of maintenance engineers, you would be responsible for the planned preventative and reactive maintenance of the building fabric. You will also be responsible for fault finding and repairs.
Skills / Qualifications required:
- City & Guilds in plumbing, carpentry or painter etc. is preferred but not essential;
- A good building maintenance background;
- Well presented;
- Customer facing.
