Description
Key Accountabilities:
1. As Project Manager, effectively control commercial, managerial and technical aspects of the project or the part of the project you are responsible for.
2. Understand and implement the Company's strategy relating to customers (repeat business).
3. Awareness of marketing opportunities and the capability of the business as a whole.
Job/Project Accountabilities:
1. Receive brief from Senior Management.
2. Assist in fee proposal preparation.
3. Implement the pre-feasibility stage work with regard to Geotechnical, topographical, CCTV, drainage, dilapidation and structural surveys.
4. Receive concept design and develop scheme solution.
5. Consider feasibility design options for prelimary costings with client and design team.
6. Arrange scheme design review.
7. Carry out the detailed design process.
8. Prepare building specification.
9. Manage production information for construction stage.
10. Contribute to the tender and contractor selection process.
11. Review Contractors method statements.
12. Attend site meetings during construction phase to ensure construction meets specification and drawings.
13. Respond to design queries during construction phase.
14. Contribute to the production of the Health and Safety file.
15. Provide structural surveys and reports.
16. Carry out Project Management role as required.
