Technical Support Engineer required for a leading manufacturer to work within their Print Division for the European market.
Duties include:
*Provide Technical support to European subsidiaries.
*Carry out field testing and report back to HQ.
*Monitor product, country and ASC KPI's, analyse trends and highlight unusual movements.
*Deliver product and technical training to Service Engineers, contact centre and internal staff.
Person Specification:
*Must have an academic qualification in electronics, or equivalent industry experience.
*Technical, analytical and training skills with a high degree of self motivation required.
*Relevant experience working with printers/copiers and MFD's.
£30,000 - £40,000 basic + bonus + excellent benefits.
