To provide a dedicated and responsive interface to the business for European scope requirements and projects.
European Datacentre Project Manager
Purpose of the role:
To provide a dedicated and responsive interface to the business for European scope requirements and projects.
Job profile
Project Management of European Data Centre projects.
Drive Data Centre strategy implementation and European harmonisation initiatives.
Focal point Data Centre interface into IT Strategy, IT Project Office, other parts of IM and Business Units.
Create detailed project plans using formal project mgmt methodology, techniques and deliverables.
Track and report project progress.
The successful candidate will:
Be PMI accredited or possess demonstrable equivalent experience.
Have UK MOD Security Cleared or willing to undergo clearance.
Have a Track record of successful Data Centre transformations
Have working knowledge of Data Centre technologies and support processes
Travel within UK and across France and Germany is expected.
Successful candidates will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment.
