Equipment Supply Manager
Mission
Manage the purchase phase of the supply chain core process and deliver equipments to projects on time, to cost and fulfilling all performance and quality requirements. Provide support to all aspects of the Supply Chain process for Equipments and participate in schedule and cost improvement initiatives within the company and with suppliers.

HND/Degree in a Communications or Electronic Engineering subject
Strong drive and self motivation
Ability to work within a team
Main Activities
Manage the Subcontracts/Requisitions/Purchase
Orders/Invoicing using the company IT systems
Support the Commodity Managers to negotiate and kick off of suppliers
Follow-up the progress of the supplier and act as the interface between supplier and Project Supply manager all the way to the delivery point of the equipment to Flight stores/AIT with a focus on risk, schedule and quality management
Manage the engineering change process with the supplier
Ensure the compliance to all export regulations
Provide frequent updates on progress and input to metrics to measure the performance of the supplier
Provide post delivery support as requested by projects and perform lessons learnt analyses with suppliers to drive continuous improvement objectives
Support the Commodity managers in the preparation and delivery of the responses to RFP s using the
Equipment Supply database information
Update and add information to the Equipment
Supply Database to maintain a current level of knowledge on suppliers, competitors and RFP s/projects to enable the supply relationship to be managed by the Commodity Manager
Provide support to Equipment Supply Contract
Managers in the preparation of Supply Contracts with external suppliers to the Standard contract templates, manage the
Contract Change process and ensure compliance of suppliers to the Terms and Conditions of contracts
Successful candidates will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment.
