An excellent opportunity has arisen with a major international manufacturer based in Hampshire. This is a superb role where you will have opportunity to develop within a thriving and dynamic organisation.
You will be responsible for the provision of environmental technical support, guidance and training to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory environmental requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the MESH Environmental Management System/
Perform EHS internal and external audits.
Provide training and technical support on al Environmental issues.
Collate and report corporate and local EHS metrics.
Generate and Maintain Environmental control procedures and records.
Co-ordination of external visits and audits by local authorities etc.
Experience required
Practical understanding of EHS management systems (ISO14001/18001).
Previous auditing experience to ISO 14001 Standard.
Experience in writing and maintaining environmental control procedures.
Effective Training and Presentation skills.
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Powerpoint, Excel, Word etc)
Qualification required
Degree or relevant qualification in Environmental Management
Member grade with Professional Environmental Body, e.g. IEMA
Qualification or training in Chemical background desirable.
