Our client is a leading provider of operations and maintenance services to the utility sector in the UK; they currently have a vacancy for an Environmental Engineer, to be home based, responsible for providing support to Site Operations Managers on waste water treatment plants, and through continual improvement add value to blue chip customers by improving performance of plant and reduced risk of environmental excursions.
You will work based from home with extensive travel throughout the country liaising with and presenting technical investigations to customers. The ideal candidate will bring proven competence within the field of waste water treatment, along with a background in an industrial environment. Also experience within a food manufacturing industry; with an in-depth knowledge of different types of waste water treatment methods, and plant.
The package on offer to the successful applicant is worth a salary in the region of £22-26k + good benefits package, including a company car/allowance, with allowance details to be confirmed at interview stage.
