Working for a market leader on some of the UK's favourite FMCG brands, as an Engineering Technician with Coors Brewers you will carry out testing on a range of plant assets and ensure that our brewery remains a safe place to work.
Accountable for all cost, quality, service and asset care KPI's within own scope of delivery, as an Engineering Technician with Coors Brewers you will possess excellent listening skills and be adept at sharing information openly with a range of teams. You will embrace change, and demonstrate a passion for meeting personal, team and brewery targets.

When you join us as an Engineering Technician you will:
• Assess the production programme to determine beer blends and operating the brewing, packaging and warehouse equipment to meet all product quality, cost and customer service targets
• Carryout all product and testing regimes to comply with the Coors Brewers minimum sampling plans
• Undertake mechanical engineering asset care talks within the operations team to support our world class asset care strategy
• Consistently work within all necessary Health and Safety legislation, including environmental regulations
• Work to be aware of safe working procedures, including press systems, lower, Puwer, COSHH, HACCP, Environ etc.
• Offer training to others within team in areas of own expertise

For the position of Engineering Technician we are looking for someone with...
• Proven process and maintenance experience in a production environment
• A time served apprenticeship in a mechanical or electrical discipline
• City & Guilds mechanical, ONC or NVQL3 qualification
• Systems literacy with CMMS ( Mainsaver ), Eric, Prism, Ifix and TOPL
• Experience in health and safety best practice legislation within engineering
