Working for a market leader on some of the UK's favourite FMCG brands, as an Engineering Technician with Coors Brewers you will carrying out testing on a range of plant assets and ensure that our brewery remains a safe place to work.

Your main responsibilities as an Engineering Technician will involve:
• Assessing the production programme to determine beer blends and operating the brewing, packaging and warehouse equipment to meet all product quality, cost and customer service targets
• Carrying out all product and testing regimes to comply with the Coors Brewers minimum sampling plans
• Undertaking mechanical engineering asset care talks within the operations team to support our world class asset care strategy
• Consistently working within all necessary Health and Safety legislation, including environmental regulations
• Working to be aware of safe working procedures, including press systems, lower, Puwer, COSHH, HACCP, Environ etc.
• Offering training to others within team in areas of own expertise
Your skills and qualifications as an Engineering Technician will ideally include:
• Proven process and maintenance experience in a production environment
• A time served apprenticeship in a mechanical or electrical discipline
• City & Guilds mechanical, ONC or NVQL3 qualification
• Systems literacy with CMMS ( Mainsaver ), Eric, Prism, Ifix and TOPL
• Experience in health and safety best practice legislation within engineering
