My client a household name in the food manufacturing industry in the North Norfolk area are looking to expand their engineering department by 4 Engineering Team Leaders
QUALIFICATION
•Candidates must have a Recognised Apprentice or Equivalent
•A qualification in both electrical and mechanical disciplines is required.
•Refrigeration / Ammonia safe Handling Certificate (Preferential)
THE ROLE
The position requires you to manage a team of 5 engineers, you will be reporting in directly to the engineering manager. Your main purpose will be to manage, lead and motivate the engineering team to ensure they reach their full potential. Tasks included will be to schedule PPM, roster engineering duties, staff training, carry out disciplinary procedures along with supporting the engineers on the production floor with maintenance / breakdown duties, this would include electrical, mechanical and refrigeration disaplines.
EXPERIENCE
Candidates must have experience within a FMCG Environment (preferably food) along with a supervisory / team leader background.
SALARY & BENEFITS
•Working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, Days / Nights 7 7
•£35K
