Our client is a forward looking, forward thinking and rapidly expanding business and are looking for only the best people to help them achieve their ambition. They are now looking to recruit an Engineering Stores Person / Engineering Buyer.
Based within engineering stores at our clients facility in Park Royal (NW LONDON), as an Engineering Stores Person / Engineering Buyer you will:
- Source engineering consumables in response to non stock orders
- Check deliveries and receipt goods into the computer systems before locating to storage areas
- Issue goods to stores customers
- Assist stores customers in the selection of products
- Perform weekly rolling stock checks as instructed
- Maintain a good standard of housekeeping
- Issue work permits to 3rd party contractors
- Control and monitor daily / weekly PPM tasks
To succeed as an Engineering Stores Person / Engineering Buyer you must have previous experience from within an engineering or procurement background.
