Position: Engineering Services Manager
Location: Harpenden, Hertfordshire
Salary: £30k - £33k
Engineering Services Manager required for maintenance the grounds, building fabric, building services and all equipment in a cost effective manor, ensuring compliance with all current National legislation and company policies. Maintaining a safe environment for all staff and customers. You will also be expected to participate in an out of hours emergency on-call service, the management of the engineering budget and planning of capital expenditure will be part of your duties.
Qualification and experience required: educated to HNC level in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, hold relevant certificates or be willing to undertake specialist training in specific areas, extensive knowledge of building services, 5 years experience in building services management.
