Description
Our client is a major international tier 1 supplier of powertrain units to the automotive industry. A senior position has arisen for a team leader to support on-going and new design / development activities.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of the team including mentoring, workload management and performance reviews. Significant experience of the design process within an automotive environment will be required (Bill Of Materials, Design Change process etc.) This position will require a mix of both management capability and technical understanding. It represents an excellent opportunity to have a senior role within a substantial wing of a large organisation.
