Our Client packages and distributes classical pharmaceuticals, OTC medicines, nutritionals, next-generation vaccines and biological products throughout the world. Operating on behalf of three major brand names, the manufacturing output extends to 300 product lines at their 22 acre, state of the art manufacturing facility in Hampshire.

Operating on behalf of three major brand names, the manufacturing output extends to 300 product lines at their 22 acre, state of the art manufacturing facility in Hampshire. They have the immediate requirement for a Maintenance Scheduler, to co-ordinate all planned & scheduled engineering activities within the areas of Utilities, Processing & Packaging thus ensuring equipment is maintained to the optimum standard. The purpose of the role is to provide total support to the area maintenance manager/supervisor team in all maintenance planning related activities.
Accountabilities and Tasks:
•To implement the activities of the maintenance planning & scheduling functions within Packaging, Processing & Utilities areas to ensure 100% completion of all preventative maintenance on all engineering equipment.
•Review, update and implement preventative maintenance routines for all equipment on an annual basis.
•Co-ordinate the vendor activities in each area as they relate to CMMS
•To liaise with the CMMS clerk in ensuring that the CMMS & associated support documents are maintained to the highest standards
•To co-ordinate all activities associated with the introduction of SAP as directed by MS Engineer
•To implement all activities associated with the SCI process as directed by MS Engineer
Experience and Personal Attributes:
•Engineering qualification Diploma / Degree in the appropriate discipline desirable
•Knowledge of GMP, WCM and ISO standard
•Knowledge of maintenance requirements for Packaging and Production equipment.
•Experience of PC's, word processing, spreadsheets, mainframe database and systems.
•Experience in the Planning / Scheduling of Engineering Maintenance in a similar FMCG / Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, inc high speed packaging machines etc
