Engineering Manager wanted for a Prestigious Food Manufacturer

JOB TITLE: Engineering Manager
BASED: North West
BASIC: Up to £45k
BENEFITS: Car Allowance, Pension, Profit Related Bonus and Health Care

THE ROLE

*To lead the engineering department, ensuring that the plant runs efficiently, effectively and safely at all times.
*You will look for opportunities to continuously identify and implement new improvements through the plant.
*You will interact with other members of Senior Management, Shift Managers and Operatives to communicate all your improvements.
*You will develop and manage the implementation of the plant maintenance and improvement programme to increase efficiencies.
*Identify and manage the execution of the site projects.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

*5 years Engineering Management experience.
*Must be from a Food / FMCG background.
*Must be used to working to strict KPI's.
