An excellent opportunity has arisen at Coors Brewers for an experienced Site Engineering Manager. You will be responsible for the development and continued implementation of World Class Engineering techniques across our entire production lines during a time of significant change and expansion for the company.

When you join us as a Site Engineering Manager you will:
• Undertake development and continued implementation of World Class Engineering techniques across the brewery
• Take responsibility for resource levels and planning needs to meet schedule requirements
• Act as point of contact for the Molson Coors Global Asset Care plan, and for all Health, Safety and Environment and facilities management issues on site

For the position of Site Engineering Manager we are looking for a Qualified Engineer, with a clear understanding of World Class Techniques, Health and Safety and Asset Care. You will have proven experience in a change management environment coupled with a demonstrated passion to build and implement a winning vision.
