An excellent opportunity has arisen at Coors Brewers for an experienced Site Engineering Manager. You will be responsible for the development and continued implementation of World Class Engineering techniques across our entire production lines during a time of significant change and expansion for the company.

Your main responsibilities as a Site Engineering Manager will involve:
• Undertaking development and continued implementation of World Class Engineering techniques across the brewery
• Taking responsibility for resource levels and planning needs to meet schedule requirements
• Acting as point of contact for the Molson Coors Global Asset Care plan, and for all Health, Safety and Environment and facilities management issues on site
Your skills and qualifications as a Site Engineering Manager will ideally include:
• Qualified Engineer
• Clear understanding of World Class Techniques, Health and Safety and Asset Care
• Proven experience in a change management environment
• A demonstrated passion to build and implement a winning vision
