An opportunity with a renowned FMCG manufacturer has arisen for a talented Engineering Manager. Working in a busy high volume environment you will have direct responsibility for coordinating the entire engineering function on site. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer with strong leadership qualities to establish themselves in a rewarding and challenging position.
Role & Responsibilities:
•To take responsibility for the maintenance of all production areas.
•To implement and develop PPM for the whole site.
•To manage the site budget with full profit and loss responsibility.
•To manage stores and purchasing for the whole site.
•Management of site services and facilities maintenance
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
•Strong background in FMCG manufacturing
•Good experience in a management or leadership role
•A good understanding of quality assurance and control principles.
•Ability to lead, supervise and manage a maintenance team.
•Good work ethic and a willingness to work hands on when required.
