Engineering Manager / Maintenance Manager (Ref ASP 1076)
A highly respected local food manufacturer is recruiting for an energetic, hands on Engineering / Maintenance Manager, to be responsible for the engineering function throughout the site managing a small team.
Engineering supervisors or team leaders wanting to take the step upwards are also considered.
Engineering Manager role includes:
-Responsible for making sure emergency maintenance cover and PPMs on all production machinery over 4 production lines as well as site services is completed.
-Responsible for continuous improvement and project work
-Responsible for discipline & recruitment, appraisals and development for a team of 4 multi skilled maintenance engineers.
-Setting departmental budget, and be candidates must have a food background.
Salary: c. £35,000 + mobile + pension + more
Hours: Flexible 8am 4pm Monday - Friday
