Our client are specialists in distribution. Due to continued business growth, they are looking for a project manager experienced in packaging, particularly automated sites, to control the packaging and re- packaging of goods.
You will be responsible for the site-planned maintenance, including all contractors, to monitor progress against schedule.
The role involves contributing to the management of the overall site, participating in all key management meetings. Managing an engineering team of 5, and a facilities Engineer across a 24 hours, 7 days per week.
Providing support to all Engineering Team Members enabling them to meet their training and development requirements & reach their full potential.
Candidates should be commercially aware & able to budget, forecast spends on a monthly basis. Also to ensure effective maintenance plans are followed to achieve contractual KPIs.
Previous experience with Clicklok, PRS, and ABB machines are a distinct advantage.
