We currently require an Engineering Maintenance Manager to join one of the UKs leading brand names within the food manufacturing industry.
We currently require an Engineering Maintenance Manager to join one of the UKs leading brand names within the food manufacturing industry.
Role & Responsibilities:
•Overall responsibility for the sites engineering and maintenance
•Manage a team of 14 engineers
•Manage, control, co-ordinate and monitor PPM schedules
•Formulate and deliver engineering budgets
•Monitor machine efficiencies and engineering KPIs and implement any improvements for performance
•Manage H&S, engineering stores and all associated documentation
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
•Maintenance background
•Management or supervisory experience
•Experience in the food industry

Engineering Team Leaders also required. Must be willing to work a continental shift pattern of 4on 4off 12 hour shifts. £30k-35k.
