Vacancy Description Main Duties and Responsibilities Include:

The management and scheduling of Design Intent Reviews of the scope of work during the Stage 2 Engineering Phase and be point of contact with Stage 1 Design Dedicated Design Authority representatives.
Company point of contact for co ordination of client representation at Design Intent Reviews associated with build section,
Interface with Operations team to ensure that are appropriately represented at the Design Intent Reviews.
Responsibility for the co-ordination and conformity of drawings and documentation that is presented at Engineering reviews including:
Stage 2 Production Engineering to Stage 3 Production Engineering Output Transition
Stage 3 Production Output Transition to Stage 4 Production.
Responsibility for the recording of the status and approvals associated with the information received from partners and presented by the company.

Role Requirements:

Experience of working within a multi disciplined engineering drawing office environment.
Experience of working on Naval Engineering projects.
Occasional travel within the UK to Alliance partner sites.

The Successful Candidate will:

Have good IT skills including MS Office.
Be organised and methodical in their working.
Have an approachable and flexible attitude when dealing internal and external customers.
