Engineer / Technical Trainer (Flatbed Inkjet Printers)

Our client is a fast growing inkjet printing company with world leading technology and a growing number of international customers. They are currently looking to recruit a Engineer / Technical Trainer to join their team.
This is a great opportunity to for an experienced Trainer with an Engineering background to join an expanding team supporting a worldwide customer and distributor base.
Reporting to the Product Training Manager, as a Engineer / Technical Trainer you will be responsible for conducting training needs assessments, preparing documentation, and providing engineering and technical training to support customers and distributors worldwide. Knowledge of Web Based and Interactive Training would be a distinct advantage.
To succeed in this role you must have an engineering background and qualification, along with previous training experience. You will also need proven experience of managing suppliers, customers and distributors.
Additionally, as the Engineer / Technical Trainer you should be self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and you will be a strong team player.
You will also need to be flexible as this role will involve travel outside Europe. Experience within manufacturing would be beneficial, as would any cross-functional project team experience.
