Engineering Manager Warwickshire
£35,000-£40,000
Excellent opportunity to join an SME business in the Pharmaceutical sector. The role is a senior management position reporting to the Managing Director offering high levels of autonomy and responsibility.
Role Description
Primarily managing the engineering function this role has a heavy design bias, however you will have dual responsibility with the rest of the management team for production, manufacturing, quality and purchasing.
The position involves man-management, staff development and general commercial understanding.
Experience required
From an Mechanical engineering background you will be Degree qualified with understanding of design. Ideally you will have run a small design team and have an understanding of fabrication. The desire to progress you career and become chartered would be advantageous.
